Some customers tend to purchase seals with an eye on the price only without considering the quality of the supplies. However, the poor-quality seals always wear fast and as consequence the slurry enter into the shaft end and even damage the shaft. Moreover, if the shaft end is not correctly installed when replacing the seals, this could be the cause of more severe damages:

1、Mixing shaft and shaft end is not concentric, the mixer may deflect from the center when operating and the seal may not work properly.

2、 The gearbox may be misaligned with the mixing shaft affecting the seal efficiency and causing the leakage of the seals. More serious problem is that the inner pinion of the gearbox would be broken.

Our seals are imported from Italy and can meet the special requirements in material and performance.

In order not to damage the mixer or affect its correct operation, we recommend using ORIGINAL spare parts. If the mixer or one of its components is damaged due to dismantling, repair and modification by unauthorized personnel, or using spare parts produced by other companies, or others causes not attributable to manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the repair and maintenance, and the factory’s guarantee will cease immediately
